Ingredients:
1 cup kale leaves
½ cup fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
½ an avocado
½ cup organic coconut juice
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
How to make:
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and start the mixer until a paste is created. Once done, pour it in a glass and drink it within 10 minutes. You can add salt, lime or pepper for flavour.
